Penis Stretching Exercise
Penis stretching exercises are often performed to enlarge the penis. It’s also essential after a penis enlargement surgery.
To do penis stretching exercise, hold the head of your semi erect penis in your thumb and forefinger. Pull it in one direction, as much as you can, without hurting yourself. Hold for ten seconds and then release. Repeat the process, pulling the penis in a different direction each time. You should do the penis stretching exercise for about 15 minutes a day.
The idea behind penis stretching exercise is to increase the tissue volume of the penile shaft. The growth occurs when the existing tissue respond to constant traction (from the stretching) and multiply.
